Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop new business strategy or make enhancements to meet changing customer demands.
  • Suggests operational methods to improve existing training, to adapt programs to production needs, and to recruit team members.
  • Reviews and evaluates and investigates   team performance and target to ascertain if facilities, supervision, and training methods helps elevate their standards.
