Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop new business strategy or make enhancements to meet changing customer demands.
- Suggests operational methods to improve existing training, to adapt programs to production needs, and to recruit team members.
- Reviews and evaluates and investigates team performance and target to ascertain if facilities, supervision, and training methods helps elevate their standards.
